Lauren Ash

  Lauren Elizabeth Ash (born February 4, 1983) is an Canadian comedian and actress who is based in Los Angeles, but originally from Belleville, Ontario. Ash is most well-known for her part in the sitcom Superstore's Dina Fox. Ash is also a graduate of the Second City Toronto Mainstage as in addition to Second City Chicago mainstage. She is also two of the sketch comedy duo "Cory!" She is a two-time Canadian Comedy Award winner for Best Female Improviser in 2006 and 2007 and she also won the award for Best Performance by a Female - Television for Almost Heroes in 2012 and in 2015 won the award for Best Female Performance in film for her role as Carol in the film Dirty Singles. She was also a part of the Prank Show "Scare Techniques". Lauren and Christy Oxborrow, co-hosts "True Crime and Cocktails", her podcast.
